As the sun sets, Tasmanian meats and longline-caught local seafood become the star of the show. Pasta and pizza are handmade daily and meats are dry aged on-site for 50 days before being char-grilled and cooked to perfection.
Dessert lovers will adore the house-made tiramisu, but the irresistible bomboloni with chocolate and vanilla custard are so good you might want to start with dessert.

Tesoro's pizza & pasta are all handmade daily. ‘Lunch Pronto’ offers a delicious sample of the evening menu with a small plate, choice of pizza or pasta and a dolce for $35. Available from 12 noon to 2.30 pm, 7 days a week.
